I created this manger by observing with fascination the majesty of the bamboo canes which have the characteristic of being beautiful, very resistant to bad weather and durable over time. Birds find there a very natural resting place. Below the barrel I placed a hook to hang the grease balls which thus remain protected from the rain.
Using creativity and imagination I have created this manger that is always different in shapes and colors. If placed in the garden or on the balcony, in addition to attracting and feeding birds, it always makes a smile for the observer.
Before the BETTI-BU ‘manger there was no such thing for birds that was made from a bamboo cane, so I gave it my name.
In its smallest format, this manger is designed with a hole in the back to be hung on the wall of the house or on the trunk of a tree.

Della Nonna Feeder With Blue and Ocher Stripes
€75.00Driven by the desire to use waste materials, I made this manger starting from a 5 kg tin can, the saucers, the spoons and the old cups of the grandmother.
In the jar I made openings as birdrests and small roofs that protect the food contained inside from the rain. The cup that surmounts it can contain and retain rainwater, transforming itself into a drinking trough.
Finally, I decorated each jar by hand, inspired by the designs and decorations of the saucers and cups that surmount it.
Below I placed an antique spoon that swings like a tassel to highlight its playful aspect … and, why not, ironically mischievous and intriguing.
Each manger is a unique piece!
