SCRICCIOLO BIRDHOUSE it is perfect for the garden, the park and the terrace. I have it
designed with a very original roof in the shape of a pyramid surmounted by a sphere. I build it like this to avoid water stagnation and even snow accumulations if the nest is placed in the mountains. I find this form a very romantic, if fairytale-like, aesthetic solution. The roof, which can be removed for cleaning the inside, is always in blackboard color to highlight the French-inspired aesthetic. In fact, the idea of this Nest came to me during a trip to France where I was inspired by the typical black slate roofs
of noble houses and castles. We offer the stem in solid color, with pastel shades. On order it is possible to customize it with threads and stripes
of your favorite color. The base is finished with lace and an elegant hand-turned pine cone. I build it with marine wood treated with a finish from

INFORMATION FOR USE
Some birds are very happy to accept an artificial nest
where to lay eggs, hatch and feed the young.
Among these the common Redstart, the Sparrow, the family of
Tit, the Wren, the Starling, etc.
Inside the nest they form a small moss cap,
feathers and twigs on the bottom for the female who will lay the
eggs. The hatching lasts on average two weeks and for the same
time the parents will bring food to the little ones.
Some species make up to three broods so the nest will be
“Busy” throughout the summer.
